The Payroll Team

One of the Four Levels of Tax Planning is determining reasonable compensation for our CRNAs and other business owner Clients. The Payroll Team is skilled in making this calculation while ensuring all potential tax liabilities are considered for optimal tax outcomes. The team processes hundreds of payroll checks monthly and files all payroll taxes and reports on behalf of our business clients throughout the United States. The team has extensive knowledge surrounding federal, state, and local taxes – all of which are utilized when processing payroll. Excellent communication, service, and accuracy are at the core of all the Payroll Team’s processes and values.

The Client Advocacy Team

We know that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming when working with a new tax firm. The goal of the Client Advocacy Team is to ensure the transition is as easy as possible. Members of this team work closely with our newest clients during their first year with Conrad Tax Solutions and are focused on guiding everyone through the data collection, education, yearly-cycling, and strategy implementation processes. Reaching important onboarding milestones, meeting client expectations, and welcoming the newest family members into CTS is as important to us as doing excellent tax work.

The Admin Group works hand-in-hand with the Tax Pros to keep our clients and Teams connecting regularly.
